for Station Restriction.
2. Check PRG 15-06 for Trunk access.
Check conduit and frame ground to
system for ground start trunks.

1. Reset and test; replace CD-4COTB and test. If trouble persists go to step 2.
2. Perform Second Initialization. If trouble persists go to step 3.
3. Perform First Initialization. If trouble persists go to step 4.
4. Replace CD-CP00-US, and test using default program.
