Appendix A Warranty
PowerRouter factory warranty conditions
Our quality control program ensures that each PowerRouter unit is manufactured to
exact specications and is thoroughly tested before leaving the factory.
The Nedap factory warranty period is 5 years as from the purchase date of the
PowerRouter unit.
The warranty conditions are based on the European EU directive no. 99/44/EG. The
legal rights are applied for unimpeded.
If a device becomes defective during the relevant Nedap factory warranty period,
contact your dealer / installer.
Exclusion of Liability
Warranty claims and liability for direct or indirect damage are excluded if arising from:
• transport and storage damage
• incorrect installation and/or commissioning
• failure to observe the maintenance regulations and intervals
• modications, changes or attempted repairs
• incorrect use or inappropriate operation
• insufcient ventilation of the device
• failure to observe the applicable safety regulations
• force majeure (e.g. lightning, overvoltage, storm, re)
• cosmetic shortcomings which do not inuence the functioning of the unit
• normal wear and tear
• damage due to moisture and/or other environmental conditions
• Nedap NV is not liable to anyone for special, collateral, incidental, or consequential
damages in connection with or arising out of the purchase or use of the Power-
Router
