9 Malfunctions and errors
This chapter is intended for installers and users
This section give information in case of a malfunction or errors of the PowerRouter.
The PowerRouter will indicate the malfunction on the unit at a glance. Both by the
LED indicators (see gure 24) and the display (gure 25). The malfunction may be of
any kind, either inside the unit or somewhere in the PV system. The unit will not op-
erate until the fault has been corrected. The different error codes and possible causes
are addressed in this section.
LED Operation indication
The PowerRouter will indicate a normal operation as described in chapter 8.2
In case of malfunction the LEDs will either be off or ashing as follows:

Status Messages on the LCD Display
The error screen only appears for soft and hard errors.
The error screen disappears on any of the following events:
• A button press (i.e. an acknowledgement).
• A fault reset command given by the installation software tool.
• A disappearance event of the error origin
