GEAR DRIVE INSTALLATION &
ADJUSTMENT
1. ATTACH TO UNDERGROUND PIPE
CAUTION: Do not use pipe dope.
2. CLAMP IN “UP” POSITION
Grab cap and pull up until seam appears,
slip clamp in place.
3. POP OFF CAP
Line up mark with nozzle hole, use wrench to
pry cap off.
4. SELECT AND INSTALL NOZZLE
Back out nozzle retaining screw. Slip nozzle
into hole and replace screw. Make sure
screw is driven in enough to clear surround-
ing plastic, or cap will not snap in fully.
For heads at the bottom of slopes, an
ADV disk can be installed to reduce
run-off when the system is off.
5. FULL CIRCLE ADJUSTMENT
For FULL CIRCLE; leave black side up. No
need to set collars.
