Precautions for wiring of electrodes
Connect the caballing after confirming that the power switch is set at OFF.
Connecting Cuvette Chamber
1 )
Insert the male banana plugs of the CU500 Cuvette Chamber (optional) into the voltage output
slot located on the front panel of the ELEPO21.
2 )
Open the lid of the CU500 and then insert an electroporation cuvette (optional) into the insertion
slot of CU500.
