The gateway is for indoor use only. Place it centrally for optimal WiFi performance.
Do not restrict airflow around the gateway. Maintain 5cm clearance. It may become warm.
Avoid direct sunlight, hot areas, liquids, and humid places. Operate between 0°C and 40°C.
Always use the provided power supply unit. Discontinue use if the cable or unit is damaged.
The gateway contains no user-serviceable components. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair it.
Keep the gateway and accessories away from children. It contains small, detachable parts.
The gateway emits RF energy. It complies with exposure limits when kept at least 20cm away.
Handle with care. Avoid flames, drops, bending, and harsh chemicals. Dispose responsibly.
Find the NBN Connection Box installed inside your property.
Ensure POWER, STATUS, and ODU lights are solid green. At least one signal light should be on.
Common access type using the blue WAN port to connect to a dedicated connection box.
Uses the grey DSL port for FTTB, FTTN, or ADSL/VDSL over a traditional telephone line.
Complete a factory reset of the modem before proceeding with login.
Navigate to http://cloudmesh.net or http://192.168.20.1 in your browser.
Enter 'admin' for username and the password from the gateway label.
Select 'Ethernet WAN' under the Internet Services section.
Choose 'PPPoE' as your Connection Type.
Input the required details for your specific Connection Type.
Enter PPPoE username, password, 802.1P, and VLAN Tag from your connection email.
Enter 802.1P priority and VLAN Tag provided in your connection email.
Enter WAN IP, Subnet Mask, Gateway IP, DNS servers, 802.1P, and VLAN Tag.
Enter 802.1P priority and VLAN Tag provided in your connection email.
Set Network Name, Security Key Type, and WiFi Password for 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
Click the 'Next >' button when you have finished configuring wireless settings.
Telephone configuration is optional. Click 'Next >' to skip if not using a handset.
Input phone details for each line. Contact More if values are unknown.
Change the default username and password for router access to enhance security.
Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive, up to 16 characters, and support various characters.
Select your location's timezone for accurate time keeping and log functions.
Click the 'Next >' button after selecting the correct timezone.
Check the summary of entered details. Click 'Finish >' or '< Back' to modify.
Click 'Finish >' to complete the setup and return to the SUMMARY page.
