  To access the web configuration pages of your NetComm modem, first check that remote administration access is enabled. If you've set up an inbound packet filter, ensure your computer's IP address matches it. For LAN access, your computer's and the modem's IP addresses must be on the same subnet, which you can verify on the Network Setup page. If you've changed the modem's IP address, use the new address in your web browser. If problems persist, reset the modem to factory defaults by pressing the reset button for 3 seconds until the Power LED blinks, then navigate to 192.168.20.1 and log in with the username and password 'admin'.

  If the web configuration of your NetComm modem does not display properly, try deleting temporary web files and logging in again. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, and click the Delete Files button. In the Delete Files window, select 'Delete all offline content' and click OK. Note that these steps may vary depending on your browser version.

  If you cannot access the NetComm NF17ACV from the WLAN or ping any computer on the WLAN, first check the Wi-Fi LED on the front to ensure WLAN is enabled. If you're using a static IP address for the WLAN connection, confirm that the IP address and subnet mask of both the modem and your computer(s) are on the same subnet. You can check the router's configuration on the Network Setup page.
