FederalEmissionWarrantyStatement
ThefollowingwarrantyappliestotheenginesthathavebeencertiedtotheemissionregulationoftheU.S.Environ-
mentalProtectionAgency.
MitsubishiHeavyIndustries,Ltd.warrantstotheultimatepurchaserandeachsubsequentpurchaserthatthenew
non-road,stationaryandemergencystationaryengine,includingallpartsofitsemission-controlsystem,meetstwo
conditions:
1.Itisdesigned,built,andequippedsoitconformsatthetimeofsaletotheultimatepurchaserwithapplicable
regulationoftheU.S.EnvironmentalProtectionAgency.Ifthevehicleinwhichtheengineisinstalledisregistered
inthestateofCalifornia,aseparateCaliforniaemissionregulationalsoapplies.
2.Itisfreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipthatmaykeepitfrommeetingtheserequirements.

However,ifMitsubishiHeavyIndustries,Ltd.'sstandardwarrantyperiodislongerthantheemissionwarrantyperiod,
theemissionwarrantyperiodextendstosameasMitsubishiHeavyIndustries,Ltd.'sstandardwarrantyperiod.
Belowwarrantyperiodshallbeginonthedatethenewnon-road,stationaryandemergencystationaryengineisde-
liveredtotheultimatepurchaser.
