back to the gateway. In addition, R

is now not only responsible for
sending its own measurement data, but also the R

data. This
configuration is considered a worst-case 2-hop system, as R

and

both have the possibility of meshing through a router that is
connected to the gateway. National Instruments recommends
configuring your system for no more than three hops. Configuring
multiple nodes as routers and placing them within close proximity
