The drain pan heater is on when the following conditions
are met:
• Operating mode is heating
• The temperature Tho-R is -2.0° C or lower
• The outdoor temperature Tho-A is -0° C or lower
• Tho-A minus Tho-R is greater than or equal to the value
A, which varies depending on the outdoor temperat-
ure. The value A is calculated using the table below:

The drain pan heater is on when the following conditions

passed since the compressor last stopped
• The outdoor temperature Tho-A (BT28) is -1° °C or
lower
