Replacing heater on NIBE
F1245/F1255
NOTE
Electrical installation and service must be carried out
under the supervision of a qualified electrician. Cut
the current with the circuit breaker before carrying
out any servicing. Electrical installation and wiring
must be carried out in accordance with the stipula-
tions in force.
Preparations, Dismantling
1.
Disconnect the power from the heat pump.

Remove the front cover

Remove the screws from the lower edge of the
front cover.

Lift the cover out at the bottom edge and up.
3.
Remove the cooling module's service cover.
4.
Drain the water heater of water, empty the climate
and brine circuits through (QM1) and (QM2).
TIP
The siphon principle is used to empty the hot
water heater.
This can be done either via the safety valve on
the incoming cold water pipe or by inserting a
hose into the cold water connection.
NOTE
There may be some hot water when draining the
water heater. There is a risk of scalding.

Disconnect the heat pump from the installation.
