Pressing the Shutter-release Button
Attaching the Camera Strap
When pressed halfway (i.e., when pressed lightly
until you feel a slight resistance): Sets focus and
exposure.
When pressed all the way (i.e., if you press the
button all the way down): Releases the shutter.
