The Advance CS7010 is a rider-type automatic floor sweeping and scrubbing machine designed for commercial use in various environments such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, cement block & brick facilities, parking garages, municipal parks, entertainment, and transportation facilities. It can sweep up debris, lay down cleaning solution, scrub the floor, and vacuum dry all in one pass, or perform sweeping and scrubbing operations separately.
Function Description:
The CS7010 features one-touch operation for both scrubbing and sweeping functions, enabling the operator to activate all relevant systems with a single switch. The machine includes a startup homing sequence where the drive wheel turns fully left and then right to establish a home position, which helps limit maximum speed during sharp turns for improved drivability and safety.
For scrubbing, the machine automatically lowers brushes and squeegee, and activates scrub, solution, vacuum, and detergent (EcoFlex models) systems when the drive pedal is pressed. Individual systems can be turned off or on as needed. The squeegee automatically raises when operating in reverse. The machine defaults to the last used cleaning mode (Minimum or Maximum Concentration Detergent if installed). A "Burst of Power" cleaning mode is available to temporarily increase detergent ratio, solution flow, and scrub pressure for heavily soiled areas.
For sweeping, the machine lowers the main and side brooms, and activates dust control and optional DustGuard™ systems when the drive pedal is pressed. The dump door opens automatically when the main broom is lowered and closes when it's raised. A "Main Broom Float Switch" is available for extremely rough or uneven floors. The dust control system can be turned off when sweeping wet floors.
The machine is available in various power systems: LPG/Petrol, Diesel, Battery, and Fuel Cell.

Usage Features:
- Pre-Operational Checklist: Before each use, inspect for damage/leaks, check fluid levels (engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, fuel), air filter indicator, battery charge, and ensure the recovery tank is empty. In the driver's seat, confirm understanding of controls, adjust the seat, check horn, hour meter, headlights, and brake pedal.
- Fueling: Always stop the engine, rotate the fuel tank outward (if applicable), and refuel in a well-ventilated area away from sparks or open flames. Use only specified fuel types.
- Battery Installation (Battery Models): The battery must weigh between 1,400 lbs (635kg) and 1,875 lbs (850 kg). Improper battery weight can cause premature part failure, decreased stability, and void the warranty.
- Detergent System (EcoFlex™ only): Detergent cartridges (47) are filled with up to 2.2 gallons (8.32 Liters) of detergent. The system can be purged when changing detergents or weekly. Detergent is dispensed only when scrub and detergent systems are active and the drive pedal is pressed.
- Operating on Inclines: Drive slowly on inclines, use the brake pedal to control speed when descending, and do not turn the machine on an incline; drive straight up or down.
- Emergency Stop: The emergency stop switch (B) on the control panel should be disengaged (rotated clockwise) before operation.
Maintenance Features:
- Daily Maintenance: Perform "After Use" steps, charge the battery, check the parking brake, engine oil, engine coolant, air filter service indicator, clean main and side brooms, clean brushes, clean DustGuard™ spray nozzles, drain/check/clean tanks & hoses, clean recovery tank debris basket, check/clean/adjust squeegee, clean hopper, clean/inspect scrub deck side skirts, check/clean/rinse vacuum motor foam filter and screen, and check hydraulic oil level.
- Scheduled Maintenance: Lubricate the machine monthly. Check battery electrolyte level and connections weekly. Rotate main broom and scrub brushes every 15-20 hours. Inspect and clean solution filter, inspect/adjust main and side brooms, inspect broom housing skirts, check/clean hopper dust control filter, inspect hopper seals, and purge detergent system (EcoFlex™ only) regularly. Clean radiator, perform engine maintenance, inspect and drain LPG fuel system EPR, inspect complete air intake system, check battery electrolyte level & terminals, replace fuel filter, change spark plugs (LPG only), flush radiator, replace alternator drive belt, and check carbon brushes for main broom, side broom, and scrub brush motors at specified hour intervals.
- Main Broom Maintenance: Rotate the main broom every 15-20 hours for optimal sweeping performance. Replace when bristles are worn to 2-1/2 inches (6.35 cm). The main broom height can be adjusted to ensure a 2-3 inch (5.08-7.62 cm) polished strip on the floor.
- Side Broom Maintenance: Adjust side brooms so bristles contact the floor from the FG to FH area (Figure 19). Replace when bristles are worn to 3 inches (7.62 cm).
- Squeegee Maintenance: If the squeegee leaves streaks or water, clean or replace the blades. Blades have multiple working edges and can be rotated. Adjust the squeegee angle to ensure even contact with the floor.
- Hopper Dust Control Filter: Clean regularly by vacuuming loose dust, blowing with compressed air, or rinsing with water. Replace if damaged or cannot be cleaned effectively.
- Side Skirt Maintenance: Blades on side skirts wear over time and can be reversed or replaced.
- Troubleshooting: The machine displays fault codes (X-YYY format) on the control panel for various issues. A fault history log is available. Circuit breakers protect electrical circuits from overload. A general troubleshooting guide is provided for common issues like poor water pickup, poor scrubbing/sweeping performance, inadequate solution flow, and machine not running.
