SOLENOID VALVE DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY (For BA 551, BA 551D, BA 551CD, BA 611D, CA 551)
Disassembly
(1. For machines with brushes/pad-holders) Remove the brushes/pad-holders.
Lower the deck by pressing the pedal (11).2.
(3. For machines without EcoFlex™ system) Loosen the clamp (A) and disconnect the hoses (B) from the lter assembly (C).
Disconnect the union (D) from the solenoid valve (E) and recover the gasket.4.
Remove the screw (F), disconnect the connector (G) and recover the gasket.5.
Remove the nuts (H).6.
- (7. For machines without EcoFlex™ system) Remove the solenoid valve (E) with the hoses (B). If necessary,
separate the hoses (B) from the solenoid valve.
- (For machines with EcoFlex™ system) Move the solenoid valve (E) and disconnect it from the union (I).
Assembly
Assemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.8.
