What to do if my Ninja BL687CO motor doesn't start?

If the motor of your Ninja blender doesn’t start or the blade assembly doesn’t rotate, ensure the container is securely locked on the motor base and the lid is correctly positioned with aligned arrows. Also, verify the appliance is turned 'On' by pressing the power button and that the plug is securely inserted into the electrical outlet. Check the fuse or circuit breaker. If the unit has overloaded or overheated, unplug it and wait approximately 15 minutes before reusing. Finally, ensure the unit is not overloaded.
