  If the motor doesn't start or the stacked blade assembly doesn't rotate on your Ninja blender, verify that the container is securely placed on the motor base and the lid is correctly positioned and secured on the container. Ensure the blender is turned 'On' by pressing the power button. Also, check that the plug is properly inserted into the electrical outlet and inspect the fuse or circuit breaker. If the unit has overloaded or overheated, unplug it and wait about 15 minutes before using it again. Make sure that the unit is not overloaded.

Note that suction feet only adhere to smooth surfaces and may not stick to wood, tile, or non-polished finishes. Do not use the appliance if the motor base is attached to an unstable surface.
