The Ninja DualBrew Pro Coffee System is engineered to cater to diverse coffee preferences, allowing users to brew single-serve cups or full carafes using either ground coffee or K-Cup pods. It features a unique "DualBrew" capability, seamlessly transitioning between brewing methods. The system includes a removable water reservoir with a 60 oz. capacity, which can be configured to the side or back of the brewer to optimize counter space.
For ground coffee, the system utilizes a brew basket and a sliding lid. Users can fill the brew basket with their preferred ground coffee, using the Ninja Smart Scoop™ and the provided measurement chart for optimal ratios. A #4 paper cone filter or a permanent filter (sold separately) is required for brewing ground coffee. The sliding lid ensures the brew basket is completely closed and sealed for brewing.
For coffee pods, the system incorporates a Ninja Pod Adapter. This adapter is designed to hold K-Cup pods, which are punctured by internal needles to extract coffee. The adapter handle locks into place, ensuring a secure fit during brewing. It's important to note that reusable K-Cup coffee filters are not compatible with the Ninja Pod Adapter, and users should not remove the top of the K-Cup pod before brewing.

An Intelligent Warming Plate automatically activates for Classic or Rich carafe brews (1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or Full Carafe sizes). This plate maintains the coffee at an optimal temperature without burning it, and its warming time can be adjusted up to 4 hours. The "KEEP WARM" button allows for manual activation of the warming plate.
The Delay Brew function enables users to program the brewer to start a brew at a specific time, allowing for fresh coffee to be ready when desired. The clock and desired brew settings (size and style) are set in advance, and the brewer must remain powered on for this feature to work.
A Drip Stop mechanism allows users to pause the brew cycle and prevent coffee from dispensing, useful for pouring a cup mid-brew. The drip stop can be manually opened or closed and will provide an audible reminder if left closed before a brew.
For users in high-altitude areas, a High-Altitude Calibration Brew is recommended before the first use. This cycle helps the brewer detect the local boiling point of water, ensuring consistent brew quality and preventing excessive steaming.
