9. DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1) Nokia 2710 Navigation Edition disassembly. 2) You must use the Nokia Standard Toolkit version
2. You will also need the SS-34 connector removal
tool.
3) Release the BATTERY COVER by sliding it in the
direction shown. Remove the BATTERY COVER. If
there is a battery inserted, remove it also.
4) Unscrew the two TORX+ size 4 screws in the order
shown.
5) Start detaching the A-COVER by inserting the SRT-
6 between the A-COVER and D-COVER. Slide the SRT-6
to shown direction and release the first two clips.
6) Release the two clips on the other side of the
phone by sliding the SRT-6 to direction shown.
Continue to the top side of the phone and release
the shown clip.
