Remember that your car phone runs off the car battery.
When setting the power down timer, take care not to drain
your car battery.
To set the power down timer from the standby display:
a
Select the Settings menu and press to open it.

Scroll with to the Phone settings item and press
to select it.

Scroll with to Power down timer and press to
select this option.

Turn the Navi

wheel to select the desired time
setting.

Press to activate the timer.
A message on the display will notify you that the power down
timer has been set.
Voice mailbox
The network may offer you a voice mailbox service, which you
have to install before you can receive voice messages. To access
this mailbox you may need to save the number to your car
phone. Your service provider will give you further information
on this service and let you know the number of your voice
mailbox.
To make settings for your voice mailbox from the standby
display:

Select the Settings menu and press to open it.

Scroll with to the Voice mailbox item and press
to select it.

Scroll with to the desired option and press to
select it.
Listening to voice messages

Scroll to the option Listen to voice messages and press
to select it.

Press to dial the number of your voice mailbox and
then follow the instructions given to you.

Press and hold or to dial your voice mailbox direct.
Your voice mailbox number
You will obtain the number of your voice mailbox from your
service provider upon subscription to this service.

Scroll to the option Voice mailbox number and press to
select it.

Key in the voice mailbox number using the numeric keys
to . If you should enter an incorrect character, press
to delete it.

Press to save the number.
GPRS modem settings
You can connect your car phone via Bluetooth or cable
connection to a compatible PC and use the phone as a modem
to enable GPRS connectivity from the PC. Note, however, that
you will need a GPRS access point before you can do so. Contact
your network operator or service provider for information.
