Keypad and side key troubleshooting
Context
If one or more keys are stuck, so that the key does not react when a keydome or the side key is pressed, the
failure is caused by mechanical reasons (dirt, rust, mechanical damage, etc.)
If the failure mode is not clear, start with the Keyboard test in Phoenix.
