You can listen in Stereo mode with the following configurations:
Bluetooth kit2 + Basic Kit2 + Multimedia Wire2
Bluetooth kit2 + Basic Kit2 + Bluetooth receiver equipped with A2DP protocol.
In all other configurations, listening will be in mono mode.
A second helmet connected in interphone mode via cable or Bluetooth will be able to hear the audio coming
from the pilot in mono mode.
11. CONNECTION TO OTHER AUDIO PERIPHERALS
The N-Com Bluetooth Kit2 system is pre-set to allow you to listen to different audio devices, to be connected
by means of the specific Multimedia Wire (sold separately).
You can listen to an MP3 device or an FM radio. You can also connect to a satellite navigation system, to the
audio system of your own motorcycle or to a radio for communication between two motorcycles.
The Multimedia Wire cables are the Mono type while the Multimedia Wire2 cables are the Stereo type. For
proper use of Mono or Stereo cables with the Bluetooth kit2, please refer to chapter 10.

11.1. Operation with other audio peripherals
Connect the 3.5 mm 4-pole connector of the Multimedia cable to the input connector (IN)
Connect the other end of the cable to the audio device.
A colored band on the cable indicates the connector to hook up to the audio peripheral
When listening to an audio source connected via a Multimedia Wire or Multimedia Wire2 cable, you can turn
the audio source off and turn it back on directly from the helmet:
Turning off the audio peripheral:
To turn off the audio peripheral, press the button and keep it
pressed for about 2 seconds.
Turning on the audio peripheral:
To turn off the audio peripheral, press the button and keep it
pressed for about 2 seconds.
Warning: Listening to other equipment should not interfere with driving the vehicle, which
must be the top priority at all times. Carry out all operations on the electronic
equipment and on the N-Com system with the vehicle stopped, in compliance with
Traffic Regulations.
Warning: Listening at high volumes can distract you from driving the vehicle and may
result in dangerous situations or reduce the ability to hear external noise.
Warning: Adjust the volume of the N-Com system (if equipped) and of the audio sources
connected to it before using the system on the road.
Warning: Adjust the volume of the N-Com system and of the audio sources connected to
it in order to avoid audio reproduction at high volumes. Constant exposure to high
audio volumes may damage your hearing.
