12. Firmly tighten the six 3/8" x 4" Screws (4) (only
one side is shown).
Press the Left and Right Base Covers (73, 74)
onto the Base (80) until they snap into place.

13. Slide the Left Handrail Cover (100) onto the Left
Handrail (71). Slide the Right Handrail Cover
(93) onto the Right Handrail (72). Attach the
Handrail Covers with two #8 x 1/2" Screws (13).
