11 3Oilltercartridgereplacement
First replacement should be carried out after 50 hours of service, then every 750 hours unless the lter
warning indicator is in the red zone. Then more frequently. (gure 2.29)
Procedure :
- unscrew the plug (gure 2.29 );
- remove the old cartridge and replace it, ref 113542. (gure 2.30);
- ll with oil (Figure 2.31)
- ret the plug and hand-tighten only.

The ller cap (g 2.32) ref 119539 should be changed after every 750 hours of work to prevent
blockage of the tank breather.
11 4Gearboxoilchange

First change at 50 hours then every 500 hours (Figure 2.33)
Capacity of gearbox : 1.2 litres of oil, NOREMAT 80W90 (ref 102466)
Procedure :
- clean the area around the breather on top of dust and debris and
remove it.
- prepare a container capable of holding more than 1.2 litres of oil and
place under the gearbox drain plug.
- remove the drain plug from the bottom of the gearbox and allow to drain
for several minutes.
- replace the plug and tighten.
- replace the oil and check the level in the view-glass on the left hand side of the gearbox.
- replace the breather and wipe away any oil spills.
