1. Adjust your cooking
temperature and time
using the Up and
Down arrows.
2. Press the SEAR
button 3 times. This
will engage the Sear 2
function.

using the Up and
Down arrows.
• 400F and 30 minutes
are the maximum
settings.
4. Press the START/
PAUSE button to begin
cooking.
• Once the cooking
process has
nished, the Brio
will beep 1 time and
automatically go into
Sear 2 cooking. The
set sear time with the
"Sear 2" and ":" will
be ashing.
• When the Brio is
nished cooking,
the LED display will
show "End" and beep
3 times.
