Why is the water from my Oase Water Pump still cloudy and green?
    • C
      Carolyn BrewerJul 28, 2025
Cloudy or green water from your Oase Water Pump can result from several issues. The water might be extremely soiled, so remove algae and leaves and change the water. The pump's delivery rate could be insufficient, so check the installation. The quartz glass may be soiled or scratched, requiring cleaning or replacement. If the cleaning rotor isn't turning, clean it and the quartz glass. For a pump delivery rate < 2.642 gal/h (10.000 l/h), use an inlet nozzle for driving the cleaning rotor. If the profile is worn, replace the cleaning rotor. The UVC lamp capacity might be exhausted, requiring replacement after 8000 operating hours. Finally, the bypass setting may be incorrect, so correct the setting and observe the pump capacity.

If the UVC lamp in your Oase Water Pump isn't lit, first, make sure the power plug is connected. If it is, the UVC lamp may be defective and need replacement. Also, check the electrical connection to ensure it's not defective. Lastly, the unit might have switched off due to overheating. If this is the case, allow it to cool down, and it will switch back on automatically.

What to do if there is no water flow at the outlets of my Oase Water Pump?
    • R
      Robert NewtonAug 16, 2025
If you're experiencing no or insufficient water flow from your Oase Water Pump, the inlet nozzle might be clogged. Clean the inlet nozzle to resolve this. Alternatively, the outlets could be clogged, requiring you to clean the casing.
