1.Q: Why does the USB receiver display a driver
error (BLE Remote KMA Dongle) when connecting
to the computer?
A: Because this error prompt (BLE Remote KMA
Dongle) is for USB receiver upgrade, it does not affect
pairing and usage.
2.Q: Why can't the scanner read the reverse
barcode (white code on black background)?
A: The reverse barcode is default disable, please
scan the enable setup code on user manual page 13
to enable it.
