- Fuse Replacement: If the LED light(s) are not illuminated and other troubleshooting steps fail, a faulty fuse may be the cause, requiring replacement.
- No Serviceable Parts (Internal): The UV unit itself has no serviceable internal parts and should never be opened, except for bulb and fuse replacement. If the unit is faulty (indicated by blinking LEDs or a failed LED light), it must be replaced.
- Warranty: A two-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It explicitly excludes fuses and UV bulbs, damage from improper use or installation, disassembling the unit, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, and alterations.
