REMINDER !
MINI6600 system exposures must clearly indicate the following:
1) Normal field exposure, six or four inch
2) Four inch collimated exposure (Six inch systems).
NOTES:
1. Exposures made on Multi-format cameras, i.e., Lenzar, Visiplex, etc., are NOT acceptable as
proof of Radiographic alignment.
2. If any of the above requirements are not met, a re-visit to the hospital will be required, to re-do
the films, until such time as they meet the requirements and specifications. In cases where the
hospital or clinic does not own or have access to a film processor, beam films will not be
required. However, this must be noted on the PMI form. If not noted, it will be cause for rejection,
and a Discrepancy Report will be generated and distributed.
