Almacenamiento de una tarea en la impresora
¡Importante!
La unidad de disco duro o la memoria flash compacta
podrían dañarse y borrar datos importantes guardados en
ellas. Es recomendable que haga una copia de seguridad
de sus datos.
1. Desde la aplicación, seleccione File (Archivo) >
Print (Imprimir).
2. Seleccione la impresora y luego haga clic en Preferences
(Preferencias) (o en Properties [Propiedades] o en
Setup [Configuración]).
3. Seleccione la ficha Job Options (Opciones de tarea).
4. En Job Type (Tipo de tarea), seleccione Stored
(Almacenado), Secure Print (Impresión segura),
Proof and Print (Prueba e impresión) o Timed Jobs
(Tareas programadas).
5. Para tareas programadas: especifique la hora en que se
imprimirá la tarea. De lo contrario, omita este paso.
6. Bajo Job Name (Nombre de la tarea), teclee el nombre de
la tarea de impresión.
7. Bajo Job PIN (Contraseña de la tarea), ingrese la
contraseña de 6 dígitos y haga clic en OK (Aceptar).
8. Para las opciones Stored (Almacenado), Secure Print
(Impresión segura) y Proof and Print (Prueba e impresión):
ingrese la fecha de vencimiento de la tarea (use cero si no
quiere que la tarea tenga fecha de vencimiento) y haga clic
en OK (Aceptar). De lo contrario, omita este paso.
9. Haga clic en Print (Imprimir).
