a.) Unplug the B721DN power cord from the wall.
b.) Remove the Paper Cassette from the printer
c.) Open the front and top cover and remove the Drum and Toner assembly.

Remove 3 screws from the upper right side
cover.

Remove 1 screw from the right side lower
cover.

Remove 2 screws from the rear cover.

Gently pull the rear cover away from the
printer. NOTE: The rear cover has 2 tabs
along the left and right edge at the top.
