1. Choose [File] → [Print].
2. From the [Printer] menu (1), select your printer model.
3. Select [Colour Options] (2).
4. From the [Colour Mode] menu (3), select [Office Colour].
5. Select [Colour - Office Colour] (4).
6. Select the Office Colour Preset (5) you wish to use.
