Photoshop converts spot colors to CMYK values when you work in CMYK mode.
• If the graphic was separated for an offset press standard, apply the corresponding
CMYK Simulation setting. For example, if the graphic is separated for SWOP,
choose SWOP as the CMYK Simulation setting.
• If Photoshop is configured for a custom separation using a ICC profile, choose the
corresponding profile for the ColorWise CMYK Simulation option.
The previous custom simulation setting requires that the same profile used for
separation in Photoshop also resides on the Fiery. For more information
about downloading CMYK Simulation profiles to the Fiery with ColorWise Pro Tools,
see the Color Guide Chapter 3.
