4. Scroll to and select Recording

5. Select Options
6. Select Start new recording
7. Record voice file
8. Select Stop to complete voice
recording
9. Select OK to save, or Cancel to go
back to the recording screen
When recording a voice file, please ensure
you speak loud and clear, direct into the
microphone at the base of the phone.
Calculator
To access the calculator:
1. Press the top left key to select Menu
2. Scroll to and select Organiser
3. Scroll to and select Calculator
When using the calculator:
• Number keys enter their associated
number
• Use the navigation keys to scroll
through + - X ÷ =. When desired
symbol is highlighted press the top left
key to select.
• * key adds a decimal place
