Troubleshooting Tips:
• If the device you wish to pair to is not
displayed in the list, please ensure the
device you are trying to pair with: 1
is on; 2. Bluetooth is on and visible; 3.
is searching for new devices/is ”ready
to connect”; and 4. is not currently
connected to another device via
Bluetooth.
• If the EasyMate 2 requests a pairing
code, please input the code provided
by the device the EasyMate 2 is pairing
with, e.g., headphones.
Note: Call audio and audio files saved in
Organiser → My files → Audio; OR
Multimedia → Audio files will sound
through the connected device; FM radio
audio will not play through the connected
device.
My files
Files can be stored on the phone or
memory card installed in the phone (if
applicable). To access My files:
1. Press the top left key to select Menu
2. Scroll to and select Organiser
3. Scroll to and select My files
