MAKING CALLS

Punctuation and Special Characters
Press the star key while writing a message or other text�
All the punctuation marks and special characters available are dis-
played� Select the character you want with the navigation keys and
conrm with the left-hand softkey�
Repeatedly pressing the 1 key in Edit mode scrolls through a list of
frequently used punctuation and special characters�
Other Entries and Functions
Press the 0 key to enter a space�
Press the right-hand softkey to delete characters�
Press and hold the right-hand softkey for 2 seconds to delete all the
characters�
Making Calls
Proceed as follows to make a call:
Enter the required phone number using the
keypad and then press the Call key�
