The mobile phone cannot be switched on�
There is no battery inserted or the battery is not sufciently charged.
Insert or charge the battery, whichever is necessary� Further infor-
mation is provided in Section Putting the Mobile Phone into Oper-
ation on Page 20�
When the battery charge drops below a minimum status, the mobile
phone switches off automatically� Charge the battery in the mobile
phone�
When I press the SOS key, the mobile phone's emergency call
function does not react�
As described in the menu Emergency call key (SOS) on
Page 69, enter emergency call contacts and save the phone
numbers to be called and/or to receive an emergency text message
to notify them if you need help�
The emergency call function of the mobile phone uses the SIM card
1� Insert the SIM card into the compartment marked SIM1�
