3.4 Screen Lock
The screen lock on the smartphone ensures that functions cannot
be started accidentally via the elements in the display. When
the screen lock is activated, only the screen is switched o, the
smartphone can still be reached. The standard setting causes the
screen lock to be activated automatically after 1 minute if there is
no input within that time.
3.4.1 Locking the Screen
1 Press the On/O
button briey.
▸ The screen goes out, the screen lock is activated.
3.4.2 Unlocking the Screen
1 Press any button briey.
▸ The screen lock display appears.
2 Depending on the type of screen lock you have selected:
● draw the pattern you have dened,
● enter your PIN or password.
● swipe your nger over the display from bottom to top.
3.4.3 Dening the Screen Lock
1 Navigate to the ┣All Apps┫ > ┣Settings┫ > ┣Security┫ > ┣Screen lock┫
menu option.
2 Dene the type of screen lock you want.
