FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Neither the signal strength nor my mobile phone network are displayed on
the start screen.
There is no network connection. Your mobile phone could be in a location without
any network coverage. Move to a different location or contact your mobile phone
provider (network operator).
Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly. Further information is provided in
Section Inserting the SIM Cards on Page 27.
If you use the Dual SIM function offered by the mobile phone, the network availa-
bility and name of each mobile phone network used are displayed. Some mobile
phone networks offer better coverage than others in different areas.
The keypad does not function or only reacts very slowly to my input.
The operating speed of the display is reduced in the case of low temperatures,
for example. Use the mobile phone within the ambient conditions specied in the
Technical Data. Further information is provided in Section Technical Data on
Page 108.
