More Phone Settings
Preferred input method
You can dene the method by which you enter text. This setting affects all the op-
erating modes in which text can be entered (creating phone book contacts, writing
text messages, etc.).
1 Press the left-hand softkey to open the main menu.
2 Navigate to ┣SETTINGS┫ è ┣PHONE┫ è ┣PREFERREDINPUTMETHODS┫ .
3 Select the required setting.
4 Select ┣OK┫. The setting is saved and affects all the relevant menus.
Displaying the date and time
Dene whether the time and date should be displayed on the start screen of the
mobile phone.
1 Press the left-hand softkey to open the main menu.
2 Navigate to ┣SETTINGS┫ è ┣PHONE┫ è ┣DISPLAY┫ è ┣SHOWDATEANDTIME┫.
3 Select ┣ON┫. The time and date are now permanently displayed on the start
screen.
