Turn on the power switch.

the switch light up?
No
Yes

Do other LED light up?
Replace the UPCL16ZZ.
(Replace the LED board.)

Does the cooling fan rotate?
Yes
No
Check the supply voltage.
Check the power cord.
Check the inlet plug.
Mal-connection

the switch light up?

Is the lamp cover closed?
Yes
Does the LED above
the switch light up?
No
Check the fuse on the rear panel.
Blown fuse
Yes
Does the LED above
the switch light up?
No
Check the power switch
(for continuity when turned on).
Check the switch mechanism.
(Is the switch in the unit depressed?)
