Supersampling
Your DP70 camera can reach a higher resolution with separate images than the CCD
chip provides for. This acquisition procedure, called supersampling, is not available
for the live mode.
An acquisition using supersampling requires a relatively large amount of time. The
task bar will be displayed in the status bar.
While the acquisition is taking place you can't open any further camera functions. To
abort the acquisition, click the Cancel button.
Calibrations
To reach the highest possible acquisition quality, the system made up of microscope
and camera, must be correctly calibrated. You will find an explanation of how to do
this in the DP2-BSW manual.
S
HADING CORRECTION You will find a description of the online shading correction, and the way to use it, in
your manual on page 21.
Camera settings
To open the Camera Settings dialog box, click the Settings button located in the
Camera Control tool window. In this dialog box, as well as making settings that are
general for cameras, you can also make a number of settings that are specifically for
your DP70 camera.
