Troubleshooting
Symptom
Cannot find the
recorded voice
The recorder
does not start at
the set time with
“Timer Rec” or
“Alarm”
The Alarm,
Starting tune and
Closing tune, and
guidance are not
available
Probable cause
Wrong folder.
The clock has not been set properly.
The data has been deleted by the formatting.
Troubleshooting
Action
Switch to the right folder.
Verify the “Current Time” to reset the date
and time if they are not properly set

Copy the data to the recorder using the
DSS Player (☞P76).
When copy the guidance data, the Alarm,
Starting tune and Closing tune are also
copied together.
