Withdraw the endoscope.
Leave the clip in place
until tissue necrosis
occurs and the clip
comes free. This may
take some time.
Carry out open surgery or
other possible treatment.
A certain amount of force is sometimes
required to withdraw the endoscope.
Cut the coil sheath and
operation wire using pliers
and/or wire cutters.
