Speed and economy mode will need to be reset, before selecting
the player or clip select options.
The data recovery menu gives access to the cameras entire
memory independent of how long the camera was recording. This
means that some of the memory may contain invalid data or
previously recorded video.
9.5 Camera Software Upgrade
Periodically Olympus will issue new versions of camera software.
The following procedure should be adopted when insta lling these
upgrades.
1. Power up the camera and note its current software version
number, located in the bottom left hand corner of the splash
screen.
2. Copy the new software file to an empty compact flash card. The
file name of the software upgrade will take the following format:
