Settings Accessible via Direct Buttons
Frequently used functions are assigned to FGHI. Just by pressing the button, you
can select the assigned function directly.
Some features may be unavailable depending on the shooting mode and camera
settings. g “List of Settings Available in each Shooting Mode” (P. 136)
Controlling exposure ( Exposure F)
Select positive (“+”) values to make pictures brighter, negative (“–”) values to make
pictures darker. Exposure can be adjusted by ±2.0 EV.
Negative (–) No compensation (0) Positive (+)
The method used varies with the shooting mode.

Rotate the control dial.
