Optional built-in Fresh Air Duct is suited for applications where the Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) unit is remote
mounted. The factory installed fresh air intake accepts fresh air connection from a remote mounted ERV.

OA - Fresh Outside Air Intake
The introduction of cold conditioned outside air from a remote energy recovery ventilation device into the
heat pump cabinet can result in potential freezing and bursting of mechanical components. All necessary
precautions should be taken to temper Outside Air sufficiently above freezing point before entering the unit.
