monitor off.
Note
• Reverting to the default setting of your monitor does not
delete the information in the app.
• Your monitor automatically turns off after 3 minutes.
• You will need to re-pair your monitor when using the monitor
again. Without re-pairing, your readings will not be
transferred to your app.
