3. Press the [START/STOP] button to turn your
monitor off.
• After the completion, the year flashes on the display. Refer
to sub-section 2.2 to set the date and time manually, or refer
to sub-section 4.1 to pair your monitor to set the date and
time automatically.
• Reverting to the default setting of your monitor does not
delete the information in the app.
