*6. The built-in EtherNet/IP port uses the TCP/UDP port numbers shown in the following table.
Do not set the same port number for more than one TCP/UDP service.

*1. This is the number of safety I/O connections for the Unit. The value is the total number of CIP Safety originator connections *2, CIP Safety
target connections *2, and FSoE master connections *2.
*2. You can establish a unidirectional input or output communication with a CIP Safety target device for each connection. Two connections are
used for establishing bidirectional input and output communications.
*3. You can establish a unidirectional input or output communication with a CIP Safety originator device for each connection. Two connections are
used for establishing bidirectional input and output communications.
For the input direction only, it is possible to communicate with multiple CIP Safety originator devices by using a single connection.
*4. You can establish bidirectional input and output communications with an FSoE slave device for each connection.
*5. The cable length for the Units (Communication Control Unit and Power Supply Unit for NX Units) that supply power to the corresponding Unit
must be up to 20 m.
