OneScreen won’t detect
hidden network
1. Ensure you have added the right
security settings while adding the
network.
2. Bring the router closer to the screen
for the rst connection.
Can’t Access Pull Up
menu, Sidebar Menu,
Floating toolbar
3. Restart the Unit
4. Go to Settings>Personal Settings>
and make sure ‘Pull Up Menu’,
‘Sidebar Menu’ & ‘Floating Toolbar’
are turned on
Front USB connections
not working
5. Try connecting a different USB device
to make sure the connecting device
ports aren’t faulty
6. Go to Settings>Personal Settings, and
make sure ‘Shared Front USB’ is on,
and ‘USB Drive Lock’ is off
